Case ICA-2025-04: Enchantment lodged on behalf of Nasser Racing Group towards Resolution No. 6 dated 27 July 2025 of the Stewards of the Baja España Aragon, counting in direction of the 2025 FIA World Baja Cup and the 2025 FIA European Baja Cup.
On 27 July 2025, in the course of the Baja España Aragón, counting in direction of each the 2025 FIA World Baja Cup and the 2025 FIA European Baja Cup, automobile No. 206 of Toyota Gazoo Racing was reported by the Technical Delegate for a breach of Article 285-11.5 of Appendix J to the Worldwide Sporting Code, regarding rear wheel journey.
Measurements taken throughout post-event scrutineering confirmed that the rear wheel journey exceeded the regulatory restrict of 350 mm.
Following a listening to with the Competitor’s representatives, the Stewards issued Resolution No. 6, discovering the automobile in breach of the relevant Technical Laws and imposing a suspended Disqualification from the competitors.
On 31 July 2025, Nasser Racing Group lodged an enchantment towards the Stewards’ Resolution earlier than the ICA.

Accreditation
